Maryte Bizinkauskas                                                 

Voice Instructor 


     Maryte began her operatic vocal training at the Boston Conservatory of Music where she graduated with a Bachelor of Music in Opera Performance under the guidance of John Moriarty and Iride Pilla. She acquired her Master of Music in Opera Performance under the tutelage of Boris Goldovsky at the esteemed Curtis Institute of Music and won the Metropolitan Opera National Auditions. She performed in concert at the Metropolitan Opera House in New York City and went on to apprentice at the Santa Fe Opera. She has performed leading roles at the Vilnius Opera and Kaunas Music Theater in Lithuania and performed lead roles in Germany and Canada. She has been a guest artist with the Kaunas Philharmonic Orchestra, South Jersey Symphony, Brockton Symphony and Boston Bel Canto Opera. She is a frequent guest performer throughout the Northeast and in the Lithuanian community.

        Currently Maryte is a LV member of the Voice Faculty at Bridgewater State College. Maryte has just returned from performing two concerts, one at the Vilnius Philharmonic, Concert Hall and the other at the Recital Hall in Marijampole.  Both concerts were concluded with standing ovations.  

     The Starline Academy is extremely fortunate to have Ms. Bizinkauskas join its faculty as she is also trained in the McClosky Technique for vocal production.
