       Lauren has been involved in many aspects of music and theatre since childhood.  A New York native, Lauren earned a bachelor’s degree in Music Education from Hofstra University in Hempstead, NY.  Lauren has been a cast member in over 15 musicals, operas, and plays and has also participated in countless choral performances, concert bands and orchestras. She was also drum major of her high school marching band! Some of her favorite roles include Sergeant Sarah Brown in Guys and Dolls, Massoula the crazy caterer in Father of the Bride, and Mabel in Pirates of Penzance.  Most recently, Lauren performed as Tup Tim in the Starline's production of  The King and I.

    Lauren currently teaches general music to elementary school students in Fall River, MA. For Lauren, teaching is a true passion that she loves to share with others. She is excited to bring her energy and enthusiasm for teaching and the arts to the Starline Academy for another year!
